What is Emulsion CRS-1?

CRS-1 is a cationic asphalt emulsion and an important material used in the production of hot mix asphalt (HMA). This emulsion provides excellent adhesion between asphalt layers and requires specific temperature ranges for spraying the asphalt onto surfaces. During spraying, the temperature should be between 50-85 degrees Celsius.
